Richard Sutcliffe is an experienced IT professional with a significant background in Microsoft Dynamics and related project management roles. Currently serving as Lead Engagement Consultant at m-hance since August 2019, Richard previously held the position of Microsoft Dynamics Product Manager at TSG from April 2011 to July 2019, focusing on contact management systems for the Rail Industry. Richard's earlier career includes roles as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant at PEAG, a Fixed Term Contractor, and various positions at Hewlett-Packard, ranging from Application Infrastructure Engineer to Regional Operations Center Shift Leader. Prior experience includes technical support at BASF IT Services and contract service desk analysis at Capgemini/Anderson Consulting. Richard holds an HND in Business and Finance from Loughborough College, attended Garendon High School, and brings a wealth of expertise to IT and project management.
