Iris Schmuck-Barkmann

Iris Schmuck-Barkmann currently serves as Personalleiterin at MHC Mobility Deutschland since March 2024. Prior to this role, Iris held leadership positions at Universitätsklinikum Schleswig-Holstein, where responsibilities included overseeing the Medical Technology Department and serving as an HR Business Partner from May 2017 to March 2024. Earlier experience includes coordinating academic affairs as the Dean's Advisor for Natural Sciences at Jacobs University Bremen and managing the Infection Biology MSc program at Universität zu Lübeck. Iris began the career as a Scientific Associate in virology and cell biology and holds a Diplom in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Kiel University, alongside a vocational qualification as a Biological Laboratory Technician from the Leibniz Centre for Medicine and Biosciences Borstel.
