Prior experience includes working as a Package Coordinator at Carnival Cruise Lines, where responsibilities involved managing hotel package contracts and organizing guest transportation. Earlier in Melissa's career, work as a Customer Service Agent at Delta Air Lines encompassed various customer-focused duties. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a focus on Travel & Tourism from Florida International University, complemented by education from TASIS England.
