Kelly Paragas

Kelly Paragas is currently the Director of HR Data Management, Processes, and Tools at MHI RJ Aviation Group. Prior to this role, Kelly held various positions such as Manager of People Advisory Services at EY, SuccessFactors Employee Central Principal Consultant at Rizing, and SAP SuccessFactors Service Manager at /N SPRO. With a background in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, Kelly has extensive experience in SAP HR implementation and consulting roles across different industries.
