Lou Gornick

Lou Gornick is an experienced HRIS professional with a diverse background in HR technology and process management. Currently serving as HRIS Director at Amrize since June 2025, Gornick previously held the position of NA HRIS Director at Holcim for a brief tenure in early 2025. From September 2016 to March 2025, Gornick was Vice President of HR Shared Services at Stericycle, overseeing Global HRIS, HR data entry, payroll, compliance, onboarding, and help desk teams. Notably, Gornick led the global rollout of the SuccessFactors HCM system at Stericycle, impacting approximately 20,000 employees across 20 countries.
