Currently serving as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at MHI RJ Aviation Group, Pamm also holds the title of President at The Toner Group, LLC. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at United Airlines as Director of Talent Acquisition for Operations Hiring and various managerial roles in campus and pilot recruiting programs. Pamm has further contributed to the field as the Global Lead for the Management Consulting Practice at Publicis Sapient and as Campus Recruiting Leader at Infosys. Pamm Toner earned a degree from Western Illinois University between 1994 and 1998.
