Timothy Woods, a CPA, MBA, and MSF, has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Timothy worked at CBIZ Mayer Hoffman McCann since 2004, where they held the positions of Attest Practice Leader and Lead Managing Director, as well as Managing Director / Shareholder - Consulting / Audit. In these roles, they led teams in providing financial statement audits and reviews, consulted on complex transactions in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS, and offered outsourced CFO and accounting / finance consulting services to emerging, small, and mid-size companies. Prior to their tenure at CBIZ, they were the Owner and Operator of Clarion Mortgage Capital from 2001 to 2004.
