Neil Mckinlay has extensive experience in the software industry, primarily with MidlandHR since 1990, focusing on Strategic Accounts. With a notable achievement in successfully concluding the campaign to upgrade legacy customers to iTrent by October 2012, Neil has generated significant interest in the product. Prior to this role, Neil served as a Customer Support Manager at Midland Software from 1991 to 1999. Neil is keen on future sales campaigns and expanding MidlandHR's international presence, particularly in the USA.
