Paul Carter is a seasoned digital services professional with extensive experience in digital design and communications. Currently serving as a Digital Services Developer at mhs homes since June 2017, Paul leads ICT projects aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and actively explores collaborative efforts within housing associations to meet user needs. Previously, as Digital Communications Coordinator, Paul spearheaded various digital campaigns. At Waterstones from November 2010 to June 2017, Paul held roles as Online Content Manager and Online Content Editor, overseeing an e-commerce content team, ensuring content quality, and enhancing profitability. Paul's career began in bookselling, where Paul honed customer service skills and product knowledge. Paul holds a degree in English & American Literature from The University of Kent.
