Rachel Arnett is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Managed Health Services since January 2019, Rachel has held various roles including Director of Operations, Senior Manager of Operations, and Operations Manager. Prior to this, Rachel spent nearly a decade at WebMD Health Services, advancing from Health Educator to Sr. Manager of Health Coaching. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and a Graduate Certificate in Business Essentials for Professionals, both from Ball State University.
