Diana Bueno Hurtado

Diana Bueno Hurtado is currently the VP of Professional Services at Mi Aguila. Diana has over 20 years of experience in technology and management, with a focus on developing new projects, technologies, and work methodology.

Diana began their career at Almacenes La 14, where they served as the Director of Technology. In this role, they were responsible for the implementation of new projects, technology, and work methodology. Diana also managed a team of 70 people nationwide in the areas of communications, infrastructure, security, applications, and projects.

During their time at Almacenes La 14, they developed an e-commerce platform that was aligned with the sales and logistics departments. Diana also designed and implemented a methodology for selecting software that involved different areas of the business.

Some of their most notable accomplishments include negotiating contracts with suppliers to generate savings of $700,000 in the first year; stabilizing the operation of the distribution center in technical and logistical processes; and implementing a telework program during the pandemic without affecting the budget or compromising security standards.
