Javier Sierra

Javier Sierra is an experienced operations and customer success leader with a diverse background in various roles across startups and educational settings. Currently serving as the Head of Onboarding and Partners Operations for Iberia at Stealth Startup since March 2021, Javier previously held positions as Head of Partner Operations for Europe and Customer Success Manager for Spain and Portugal. Javier has also contributed as COO of GRUM Investments and author on operations and strategy for Editorial e-Learning. A professor since May 2022, Javier enjoys teaching and developing communication skills. With a solid educational foundation in philosophy and business management, Javier holds several certifications in agile methodologies, enhancing expertise in project management and operations.
