Laurène Weber

Laurène Weber is a Data Manager at MIGSO-PCUBED since June 2019, responsible for data management missions at Naval Group in Cherbourg and participating in the Digital Ops West initiative to support consultants. Previous roles include Data Analyst for the EPR project at Flamanville and Project Engineer focusing on planning and data management for Naval Group. Prior experience includes serving as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Saft, where Laurène installed a collaborative robot, and an automation intern at Parfums Christian Dior, contributing to process automation through data collection and interaction with production teams. Additional internships involved quality and safety improvement at Cerinnov Group and quality control at TYK Corporation, alongside an early exposure to inventory management at Air Liquide. Laurène holds a Mastère Spécialisé in ColRobot from Arts et Métiers and an engineering degree in industrial ceramics from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Limoges.
