Raffaele Masotti

Raffaele Masotti is a PMO Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED since March 2023, following a role as an Industrial Engineer at Whirlpool Corporation from July 2022 to January 2023, where responsibilities included mapping production lines, analyzing production KPIs, and implementing the PDCA methodology for capacity management.
