Chris Hasty

Chris Hasty is a seasoned professional in land acquisitions and development with extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as Division Vice President at M/I Homes, Inc. since August 2025. Previously, Chris held key positions at Lennar and CalAtlantic Homes, where responsibilities included leading land acquisitions across South Florida, with notable achievements such as securing numerous lots under contract valued in excess of $235M. With a foundational career at PulteGroup, Chris was instrumental in managing a significant capital investment for land acquisitions while supporting a robust home building operation. Early experience includes roles at Ryland Homes and military service as a Captain in the US Army. Chris holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
