Richard Conti

Richard Conti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Richard is currently working at Mi Hub as the Head of Group IT. Prior to that, they worked at Capgemini as a Product Delivery Manager, where they managed 3-4 development teams and oversaw capacity and resource forecasts. From 2013 to 2022, they held several positions at Dimensions (Mi Hub) including Head of Digital Delivery, Head of eCommerce, Head of Software Development, and Head of Business Systems. In these roles, they had overall responsibility for managing ERP, warehouse, and reporting systems, as well as leading a team of business support and analysts. Before that, they worked at AECOM as a Business Relationship Manager and at Davis Langdon as a Service Delivery Manager and SAP CRM Process Manager. Richard began their career at Staffordshire County Council as a Business Analyst, where they were involved in configuring SAP CRM and implementing business transformation projects. Richard also worked at Technology Management (Midlands) ltd as a Support Analyst, providing support to SMEs and managing system installations.

Richard Conti attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a BSC (Hons) degree with a 2:1 classification in Business Information Systems. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Scrum Master Certificate and a Scrum Product Owner certification from Cloud Academy, Inc. in 2021.
