Ana Savić

Client Support Representative at M&I Systems Group

Ana Savić has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and IT industry. Ana began their career as an intern at Terme Maribor d.o.o. in 2016, where they gained valuable experience in the hotel arena. Ana then worked as a receptionist at Leopold Prvi d.o.o. from August 2017 to November 2018. Following that, Ana joined HTUP Park a.d. (Vila Park) as a Front Office Supervisor and receptionist from April 2018 to November 2018. In 2018, they also worked as a receptionist at DAD 1989 doo's Hotel Veliki from November 2018 to April 2019.

Continuing their career progression, Ana joined M&I Systems, Co. in 2019 and has held multiple positions within the company since then. Ana started as a Service Desk Agent in May 2019 and later took on the role of Service Desk Team Lead in October 2020. Currently, Ana is working as a Client Support Representative for M&I Systems, Co.

Throughout their career, Ana has developed excellent client support and service desk management skills, with a strong focus on providing high-quality customer experiences.

Ana Savić has a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Sciences, which they obtained from 2014 to 2020. Ana then pursued a Master's degree in Business Economics with a specialization in Human Resource Management at Singidunum University from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Ana has obtained several certifications. Ana completed the "Agile With Scrum - From Beginner to Advanced" course at Udemy in June 2022 and the "Scrum Fundamentals for Scrum Master and Agile Projects - 2021" course in July 2021. In August 2020, they obtained a certification in "Unapređenje kompetencija omladinskih radnika za razvoj usluga i sprovođenje aktivnosti KViS" from Fondacija Tempus. In April 2017, Ana received an attendance certificate for a seminar on HACCP principles in the catering and hotel industry from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Sciences, Department of Geography, Tourism, and Hotel Management. Furthermore, they obtained a "Sprachzeugnis Mittestufe I" certificate from Language Studio Rubikon in June 2014. Ana also has a certification in "Oracle Hospitality Suite8 - CRM & Property Management System Basic User Level" from Best Solutions d.o.o. Moreover, they hold a youth pass issued by the European Commission.
