Eric Rothermel

Eric Rothermel has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Eric served as the Chief Talent Officer at MI Windows and Doors, where they were responsible for various aspects of HR, including executive leadership, strategic planning, benefit plan management, and legal compliance. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Human Resources, where they reported directly to the CEO and oversaw HR for a multi-divisional business. Eric also worked as the Director of Human Resources, North East Region, where they had operational leadership responsibility for HR across six facilities. Earlier in their career, Eric worked as a Human Resources Manager at Michael Foods, where they managed HR for manufacturing plants, a distribution facility, and a private fleet. Eric played a crucial role in the development and deployment of the annual operation plan and managed a team of five.

Eric Rothermel attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management. Prior to attending university, Eric completed their high school education at Tri Valley High School.
