Michael Rametta

Michael Rametta is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in staffing and employee relations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at MI Windows and Doors since September 2020, Michael previously held roles as Human Resources Generalist and Account Executive at Miller Brother Staffing Solutions, where responsibilities included developing staffing strategies and establishing partnerships across various industries. Michael’s earlier experience includes internships at the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, focusing on grievance and arbitration processes, as well as customer service roles at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts and Karns Quality Foods. Michael holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
