Jeffrey Bukala

Jeffrey Bukala has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and software industry.

Starting in 1993, Bukala worked as a Research Analyst at Independent Project Analysis, where they evaluated risk associated with capital projects and conducted benchmarking and risk analysis studies for large companies.

In 1998, they joined Trinity Technologies Corporation as a Business Process Consultant and Project Manager, responsible for project management, business development, and the commercialization of software products. Jeffrey also developed corporate-wide document management solutions using Documentum technology. Bukala worked at Trinity Technologies until 2003.

From 2003 to 2005, Bukala served as a Project Manager and Product Manager at Infodata Systems Inc, where they managed enterprise-wide implementations of content management systems and was responsible for key strategic accounts.

In 2005, Bukala worked as a Solution Architect at Entology, a technology-consulting firm specializing in enterprise technology solutions. Jeffrey was involved in business development, requirement definition, and solution development for work process and technology automation projects.

From 2005 to 2007, Bukala was a Program Manager at McDonald Bradley, a secure information sharing and IT solutions provider to the government marketplace. The company was later acquired by ManTech International Corporation.

In 2007, Bukala joined Everest Software Inc. as the Director of Professional Services. Jeffrey was responsible for driving profitability, developing practice areas and service offerings, and managing customer engagements.

From 2010 to 2012, Bukala worked as the Executive Director of Operations at Brainware, a software company specializing in data capture and extraction products. Jeffrey oversaw implementation and solution delivery across various industries.

Following Brainware, Bukala held the position of Director of Professional Services at Lexmark (Perceptive Software) from 2012 to 2016. Jeffrey was responsible for implementation and solution delivery in the US commercial market, particularly in the retail and manufacturing industries.

Since 2016, Bukala has been working at Mi9 Retail as the Vice President of Services. Jeffrey has been instrumental in providing enterprise software solutions, including their leading edge digital commerce platform, to retailers and other brands.

In 2020, when Mi9 Retail rebranded as Wynshop, Bukala continued their role as the Vice President of Services. Jeffrey now leads the team in building cutting-edge ecommerce solutions for the world's largest grocery retailers.

Jeffrey Bukala attended The University of Akron from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jeffrey'sfield of study was primarily focused on engineering.
