Milen Gonzalez

Milen Gonzalez has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Milen currently holds the role of Vice President Patient Care Services at Mia Aesthetics since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operations at Baptist Health South Florida from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they served as a Health Care Consultant from 2016 to 2018. Milen also worked as Director of Physician Services at Memorial Healthcare System from 2014 to 2016, and as a Practice Administrator at Tenet Healthcare from 2012 to 2014. Milen's early career includes a long tenure as a Sr. Practice Manager at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine from 1999 to 2012.

Milen Gonzalez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from Florida International University between 1993 and 1995. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership at Amberton University.
