Noemi Ramirez

Noemi Ramirez has a diverse work experience in various healthcare roles. Noemi began their career at LIFESOURCE BLOOD SERVICES in 2007 as a Donor Specialist, where they identified opportunities for improvement in laboratory services. Noemi then moved on to become a Mobile Supervisor, managing blood component inventory and implementing infection control practices. In 2015, Ramirez joined Vitalant as a Donor Care Field Supervisor, overseeing the daily operations of multiple sites and ensuring the implementation of quality processes. Noemi then worked at Interactive Health as a Field Operations Manager, maintaining relationships with staff members and outside agencies. Currently, Ramirez is at Mia Aesthetics, where they started as a Clinic Manager, organizing clinical operations and designing filing systems. Noemi was recently promoted to Director of Operations, responsible for training and coaching Clinical Managers and overseeing surgical center operations.

Noemi Ramirez completed their Master of Health Services Administration degree from National Louis University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Healthcare Leadership from the same university between 2015 and 2017. In addition, Noemi Ramirez obtained a National Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) in April 2020.
