Maria G. Juncadella

Maria G. Juncadella, SIOR, CCIM, MBA, is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal at Fairchild Partners, Inc., a role held since September 2005. Juncadella has been a member of the Board of Governors for the Miami Commercial Board since January 2013, serving as President in 2016, and is involved with CREW-Miami as the 2012 President and currently serves on the Board of Advisors. In 2016, Juncadella was the President of RCA Miami, the Realtors Commercial Alliance of the Miami Association of Realtors. Previous experience includes serving as Principal/Managing Director at SSD Fund 1, Inc. from 1995 to 2005 and working as an Insurance Agent at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company from 1984 to 1986. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology/Psychology from the University of Miami, along with studies at Dickinson College and Colegio Teresiano in Managua, Nicaragua.
