Michelle Gonzalez has extensive experience in the real estate and financial sectors, currently serving as the Miami Commercial Real Estate Governor for the Miami Association of Realtors since October 2022. As a Real Estate Broker and the founder of Floridian First Realty since March 2006, Michelle has developed a deep understanding of real estate market cycles, specializing in bank-owned REO properties, luxury homes, and commercial real estate. Additionally, Michelle was the President of Floridian First Financial, Corp. from June 2006 to January 2011, where responsibilities included managing mortgage lending operations and compliance. Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in International Real Estate and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Florida International University.
