Debbie Vaidya

Debbie Vaidya, CPA & MBA, began their career at Miami Children's Hospital in 1984 as an Assistant Controller, overseeing month-end and year-end close processes. In 1998, they advanced to the role of Director of Finance & Accounting, leading financial planning, budgeting, and operational analysis efforts. Additionally, they provided guidance on regulatory compliance, auditing operations, and general ledger management. In 2007, Debbie held the position of Treasurer/Secretary/DCMS Board Committee Chair at HFMA-Florida Chapter.

Debbie Vaidya earned their MBA in Business from Florida International University - College of Business, completing their studies between 1992 and 1998. Debbie also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification.
