Denise Longman

Denise Longman, CPA, CHC, currently serves as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Nicklaus Children's Health System, overseeing the compliance program and leading Internal Audit since November 2022. Previously, Denise held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Envision Physician Services from 2006 to 2022, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining the Corporate Compliance Program in compliance with healthcare laws. Notably, during the acquisition of Sheridan Healthcare by AmSurg in 2014, Denise was promoted to Senior Vice President and Enterprise Chief Compliance Officer. Other positions include Vice President of Internal Audit & Compliance at Sheridan Healthcare, Audit and SOX Consultant at DL Accounting, Inc., Audit Manager at Ryder System, Inc., and Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co. Denise holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Accounting from Florida International University.
