Jay Massirman

Jay Massirman is a managing principal of Rivergate Companies LLC, a real estate holding company that focuses its efforts and resources on its active joint venture partners with the goal of delivering outsized returns in varying product types, geographies and market cycles. Jay has over 30 years' real estate experience and has participated in over a billion in principal transactions.

Jay was formerly a Vice Chairman with CBRE global real estate, where they participated in over 10 billion in advisory transactions over a 20 year career. Jay is currently a Board Member at MIAMI CHILDRENS HOSPITAL, and has served on the boards of the National Multi-Housing Council, Urban Land Institute, University of Miami School of Architecture, and University of Miami.

Jay received their BBA from University of Miami, Coral Gables, Fl. in Finance and Accounting.

Jay Massirman has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Miami in Finance & Accounting. Jay also has a Business & MIS degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Jay attended high school at Cushing Academy where they played soccer and tennis. Jay also attended Fessenden School for grades 6 & 7.
