Dr. Caroline Raffington

Dr. Caroline Raffington is an accomplished educator and leader with extensive experience in finance, business, and marketing. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Miami Dade College since March 2020, Dr. Raffington has also been a Lead Teacher for Finance and Business at Miami-Dade County Public Schools since August 2007, where contributions include advising DECA and small business projects. Prior experience includes serving as President of the Youth Career Institute, where guidelines for student achievement and reward programs were established, and as a Marketing Development Officer for the 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project, focusing on marketing, public relations, and grant writing. Dr. Raffington's early career included roles as Marketing Manager and Project Manager at Florida International University. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Business Administration in Public Administration from Northcentral University and an MBA in International Marketing from Baruch College, City University of New York.
