Rafael A. Villalobos is an accomplished educational leader currently serving as the South Region Superintendent for Miami-Dade County Public Schools since July 2022, and as Principal of John A. Ferguson Senior High School since June 2015. With extensive experience in educational administration, Rafael has previously held positions such as Regional Vice President of Sales at Rethink First and Director of Strategic Accounts at Achieve 3000, where responsibilities included enhancing learning outcomes and fostering business growth in educational technology. Rafael has also served as Principal for several schools within Miami-Dade County Public Schools from January 1994 to November 2010. Education credentials include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University obtained between 1997 and 1999.
