David Racine

David Racine has extensive experience in facility management and maintenance, having served at Miami-Dade County since November 2002 as a Physical Plant Manager and previously as a Building Manager 2. Prior to this role, David Racine worked at Miami Dade County from 1996 to 2002 as a Building Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Mechanic. Additionally, David Racine began a career in the HVAC field as a Journeyman HVAC mechanic at Fluor Daniels from 1991 to 1996.
