David Rozen

David Rozen possesses extensive legal experience, having served in various roles within governmental organizations. Currently, David holds the position of Director of Policy for the Independent Civilian Panel in Miami-Dade County. Prior to this role, David was Deputy General Counsel for the New York City Commission on Human Rights and Legislative Counsel for the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission. Additionally, David worked as Assistant Counsel in the Office of the Inspector General for the NYPD at the New York City Department of Investigation and in the Division of Legal Affairs at the New York State Department of Health. David earned a J.D. with honors from Albany Law School, where the concentration was Government Administration and Regulation, and a B.A. in Political Science with a focus on Public Law from the University at Albany, SUNY.
