Grace Galdo

Grace Galdo is an experienced IT professional specializing in technical support and telecommunications. Currently serving as an Aviation IT Sr Service Tech at Miami-Dade County since June 2022, Grace has previously worked as a Telecommunications Consultant for the Florida Department of Management Services and as a Distributed Computer Systems Analyst for the Florida Department of Children and Families. With a strong background in troubleshooting, software installation, and remote assistance, Grace has also held roles as a Help Desk Analyst at Signature Consultants and provided technical support at Verizon. Education includes an Associate of Arts in Computer and Information Sciences from Miami Dade College.
