Marlon Moffett

Marlon Moffett is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Division Chief of Administration for Miami-Dade County and has previously held the position of Assistant County Attorney. Moffett has a background in academia as an Adjunct Professor of Labor Law and a Guest Lecturer on Federal Courts at the University of Miami School of Law. Moffett also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for Hon. Adalberto Jordan in the U.S. District Courts and worked as an Associate Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP. Academically, Moffett earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Duke University School of Law and participated in an Exchange Program in International and Comparative Law at KU Leuven.
