Robert Gilbert, PMP, has extensive experience in the field of information technology, serving Miami-Dade County since March 2001 in various roles, including Senior Operating Systems Programmer, Senior Systems Administrator, and Systems Analyst/Programmer. Prior to this, Robert worked at Bertram Yacht Inc. from February 1984 to September 1996 in new product development. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2003 and 2007, and also attended Miami Dade College from 1982 to 1985.
