Brandon Shore

Brandon Shore is the senior vice president of football administration for the Dolphins. He served as the team's senior director of football administration from 2016-18. Shore also held roles as the club's senior director of human resources (2015-16), director of human resources (2014-15), senior manager of human resources & football administration (2014), finance & legal affairs specialist (2012-14) and football administration assistant (2010-12).

Shore serves as the team's lead negotiator for player contracts and is responsible for managing the salary cap, football administration matters, football operations budgets, club compliance with the NFL's Collective Bargaining Agreement and acts as the organization's liaison on labor relations and league matters. Shore's primary responsibilities include working directly with General Manager Chris Grier on all football operations and administration functions.

In Shore's previous roles in human resources, he led the team's efforts to build and cultivate a strategic human resources department designed to drive company performance and establish a consistent culture and value structure across the organization. Shore was responsible for all human resources activities across football and business operations, including staffing, performance management, employee relations, development, compensation and benefits.

As finance and legal affairs specialist, Shore was involved in a number of finance and legal functions across the organization including serving as the franchise's business operations attorney, managing the club's insurance programs and related business affairs. Also, Shore served as a liaison between football and business operations.

Shore began his career with the Dolphins as a football administration assistant, conducting various player contract and marketplace analysis, assisting with player payroll and on salary cap and player personnel related research.

Shore was born and raised in South Florida. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Elon University with majors in accounting and business management, and was named the school's Young Alumnus of the Year in 2017. He also holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. Shore is a member of the Florida Bar and a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He lives in Parkland with his wife, Alison, and their two dogs, Cooper and Lily.
