Kareem Brantley

Kareem Brantley was born and raised in Miami and is an active member in the business and political community. Kareem has twenty years of engineering and real estate investment, development, and construction experience. Kareem is the founding member and Managing Partner of Bravis Group (BG). In partnership with joint venture partner, Related Group, BG began construction of the $307MM redevelopment of Liberty Square in Miami, Florida. In 2021, Kareem joined forces with The Integral Group to form Integral Florida, continuing development work throughout Florida, inclusive of community development and commercial real estate development. Kareem is actively involved in all aspects of the development process including budget development, capital raising, leasing oversight, and disposition. He is experienced with local regulatory agencies and has been instrumental to the successful financing and redevelopment of the projects he works on. Prior to forming Integral Florida, Kareem built several single-family homes and multifamily buildings under various joint venture partnerships. Kareem received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and a M.S. in Finance from Florida International University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and serves as a Miami Beach Planning Board Chair, a member of Jackson Health Systems CAC, and is a local member of Rotary. Kareem was awarded the Rising Star award from the Miami Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Miami Foundation Fellows Class VIII and South Florida Builder’s Association.
