Sonia Harty began her career with the HEAT Organization in 2003. In her current role of Vice President, Human Resources, her responsibilities include overseeing all functional areas within the Human Resources department as well as facilitating all initiatives relating to staff recruiting, performance management, employee benefits, employee relations and diversity and inclusion.
Hartys role has quickly expanded since first joining the HEAT as Compensation and Benefits Manager in 2003. Later that year, she was promoted to Director of Human Resources, spending three years in that capacity before being elevated to her present post of Vice President, Human Resources in 2006.
