Jair Butron

Jair Butron is a dedicated police officer with extensive experience at the Miami Police Department since June 1994, currently serving as a Police Officer- Shield with responsibilities including patrol duties, in-service training, firearms instruction, and community policing. Additionally, Jair holds a leadership position as President of Origin Elite, focusing on critical incident training and public speaking. With a foundation in public service as a former aide in the traffic homicide division, Jair has developed a diverse skill set through various roles in customer service and sales earlier in their career. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Safety Administration and multiple associate degrees in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security from Miami Dade College.
