Miami Shores Country Club is operated by PCM. Established in 1971 by Founder and President, Johnny LaPonzina, Professional Course Management (PCM) is a privately held, full-service management company that specializes in helping golf properties achieve their business goals. 


For the past 30 years, Professional Course Management has successfully owned, operated or managed more than 20 public, semi-private, municipal and resort golf properties in South Florida. PCM enjoys a proven track record for creating success at such properties as Bonaventure, Inverrary, Miami Beach, Miami Shores, Normandy, Palm Aire, Pembroke Lakes, Raintree, Grand Palms and Presidential.  

Currently, PCM owns, operates, manages or markets some of South Florida's leading golf clubs including: Miami Beach Golf Club, Normandy Shores Golf Club, Pemborke Lakes Golf Club and Miami Shores Country Club.
