Ben Pippenger

Ben Pippenger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information systems and product management. Currently serving as an Information Systems and Analytics Advisory Board Member at Miami University since January 2024, Pippenger co-founded Zylo in June 2016, holding the positions of Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Products. Additionally, Pippenger is an official member of the Forbes Technology Council as of July 2023. From March 2014 to June 2016, Pippenger was Senior Director of Product Management at Salesforce, overseeing the Email Product at Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Prior experience includes a leadership role at ExactTarget, where Pippenger managed global accounts and led a team to execute high-volume marketing campaigns. Pippenger's career began as an Implementation Consultant at TDCI, and educational credentials feature a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Miami University, obtained in 2003.
