Beth Zink is a highly experienced career development professional with a strong background in higher education. Since April 2018, Zink has served as the Director of Career Development at Miami University, leading a team of five career advisors to support students and faculty in the College of Arts & Science. Prior to this role, Zink spent over 24 years at Xavier University in various capacities, including Senior Assistant Director, where oversight was provided for a team of six career coaches. Zink's expertise encompasses career assessment, major and career exploration, job and internship opportunities, and graduate school planning. Earlier career roles also include positions at Bowling Green State University and teaching courses in career development at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Zink holds a Master’s Degree in College Student Personnel and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, both from Bowling Green State University.
