Rebecca Bleikamp

Rebecca Bleikamp is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Senior Associate Director of Student Success at Miami University since June 2021. In this role, Rebecca leads the strategic use of the EAB Navigate student success system, coordinates the implementation of the Navigate Student application for the Moonshot for Equity initiative, and acts as a subject matter expert for Academic Advising in the campus-wide Workday implementation. Previous positions include Assistant Director of Student Success at Xavier University and Honors Advisor at Purdue University, where Rebecca developed initiatives, managed data related to student support, and provided holistic academic advising. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Education from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University.
