Sarah Persinger, MBA, is an experienced leader in organizational change management, currently serving as the Organization Change Management Leader for the Workday platform implementation at Miami University. With a strong background in finance and technology operations, Sarah has held various roles including Associate Director of FBS Technology Operations & Support and Sr. Technology Product Manager, focusing on enhancing support processes and overseeing application maintenance. Academic contributions include serving as a Course Instructor for Business Computing.
