Serhan al-Serhan

Serhan Al-Serhan, Ed.D. is an experienced academic professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Research and Analytics at Miami University since January 2024. Prior to this role, Serhan held multiple positions at Union Institute & University, including Associate Vice President for Institutional Research and Decision Support and Director of Institutional Research from July 2019 to April 2024. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Institutional Research Analyst at the University of Cincinnati and as an Analyst in Institutional Research at Northern Kentucky University. Serhan’s career also encompasses roles at the Arkansas Department of Human Services, Salam School, Central State University, and the Jordanian Ministry of Education. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northern Kentucky University, a Graduate Certificate in Assessment and Evaluation from the University of Cincinnati, a Master’s degree in Education from Central State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Yarmouk University.
