Currently serving as the Director of Research and Evaluation at Student Leadership Network, Aaron has experience in developing research projects related to learning analytics and bias in artificial intelligence. Additionally, as the Co-Founder and Managing Member of Thirteen Ways Consulting, LLC, Aaron facilitates schools in areas such as assessment, evaluation, and evidence-based decision making. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Cognitive Science in Education, Aaron's expertise extends to curriculum development, assessment programs, and accountability reporting in various educational settings.
