Heather Leppla

Heather Leppla serves as the Director of Advancement at The Miami Valley School since June 2020, where responsibilities include raising funds through various initiatives and overseeing the Advancement department. In addition to this role, Heather has been a consultant at Hello Fundraising since December 2019 and previously held roles at The Dayton Art Institute, including Membership & Individual Giving Manager and Member Relations Manager, focusing on membership retention and annual giving programs. Earlier experience includes roles at 4C for Children, United Rehabilitation Services, and various teaching positions, emphasizing early childhood education and quality improvement. Heather holds an Individualized Master of Arts in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Antioch University Midwest and a Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood Education from the University of Newcastle.
