Reggie James

Reginald James serves as the Director of Athletics at The Miami Valley School since July 2022 and previously held the position of Athletic Director/Department Head for High School Physical Education at Pioneer Academy from May 2018 to June 2022. As a co-founder and Director of Operations for Pure Acceleration Track and Field from August 2015 to March 2019, Reginald focused on developing respectful athletes and good citizens through competitive track and field. Notable coaching roles include Head Track and Field/Cross Country Coach at New Jersey City University and Holy Family University, as well as Assistant Track and Field Coach at Montclair State University. Additional experience includes serving as a Recruiting Coordinator at EnergeiaWorks and a temporary Site HR Manager at YWCA Bergen County. Reginald holds a Master's degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kean University.
