Barbara Comly

As General Counsel of MIH and MIAX, Barbara Comly oversees the legal affairs of the company. Barbara played an integral role in obtaining SEC approval for both MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL to operate as registered national securities exchanges. She is responsible for overseeing all rule filings and communications with the SEC, providing legal counsel to management and the Board of Directors and Committees of MIH and MIAX on a wide range of matters, and managing all aspects of corporate governance for MIH and MIAX. Barbara has over 25 years of legal experience in corporate and securities matters.
