Clemens Honeder

Clemens Honeder serves as the Managing Director of Miba Industrial Bearings at Miba Bearings Holding GmbH since July 2018 and has been the COO of the Miba Bearing Division since December 2003, overseeing operations across multiple plants in Austria, the USA, and China. Previously, Clemens held key roles at TCG Unitech AG, including Head of Profit Center Toolshop, Head of Human Resources & Kaizen Management, and Head of Group Controlling, where significant contributions were made to lean management and HR tool implementation. Clemens holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Graz, obtained between 1984 and 1994.
