Hannes Walter

Hannes WALTER is an accomplished purchasing and supply chain management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Group Purchasing Director and Head of SCM at Miba Group since August 2011, WALTER previously held positions including Head of Purchasing & Supplier Management at Knorr-Bremse from May 2007 to August 2011, and Senior Executive Purchasing Manager at Magna International from February 2005 to April 2007. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Strategic Purchasing Specialist at Magna Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik from March 2001 to February 2005. WALTER holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Global Executive MBA from LIMAK - Austrian Business School at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, completed between 2017 and 2020.
